Soundproof curtains

We are a manufacturer of acoustic panel double layer curtains.

Application
The curtains are used in facilities where there is a need to temporarily divide a zone into parts and the need to suppress sounds between zones. An additional advantage of curtains, especially those equipped with airtight acoustic covers, is the complete separation of zones allowing the restriction of heating and lighting only to the zone used, which translates into a reduction in the cost of use of facilities.
The curtains are used in many types of commercial facilities such as:
- Gymnasiums and sports halls, swimming pools
- Trade fair and production halls
- Concert halls, theaters, multi-purpose halls, banquet halls.

Performance
The curtains are made with modern technology of joining panels using system aluminum profiles.
The curtains are made of PVC panels with a standard weight of 1200 ^g/m2, joined with system aluminum profiles (kedar system).
The edges of the panels, finished with kedar cord, are installed and joined with aluminum profiles during the installation of the curtain, which allows the replacement of individual panels in case of, for example, damage or a change in the color concept of the hall.

Acoustic curtain

Acoustic curtain is a product that is ideal for sports halls and wherever good sound insulation is required. Such curtains are made of high-density materials that guarantee durability and effectiveness in blocking sound. Acoustic curtains can be used both to separate spaces (such as dividing a sports hall into smaller sections) and as a means of preventing noise. They are a great choice for large sports venues, as they allow several training sessions or games to be held simultaneously. They also prove ideal for special events in large venues.

Acoustic curtains offered by our company are characterized by high quality workmanship and are available in many variants. As a result, they can be tailored to the needs of each customer, regardless of the size of the sports hall or sports field. It is worth noting that acoustic curtains are not only effective, but also aesthetically pleasing - thanks to them any space will acquire an elegant and professional look. They are easy to install and remove, which allows you to quickly adapt the space to individual needs and requirements. Soundproof curtains are easy to clean and resistant to mechanical damage and moisture.





Lifting system
Raising and lowering of the curtain is carried out by winding the carrier belts on a set of drums located on a rotating shaft, mounted on a system of bearing supports.
The shaft is driven by a 230 V, 180-250 W, geared motor; the motor is equipped with an encoder to determine the curtain's end positions. The retracting belts lift the support beam, so that when lifted, the individual panels are arranged in an aesthetically pleasing manner that does not cause folds in the material.



Lifting system
A prerequisite for achieving the noise attenuation level of 22 dB required by DIN 18032 is the installation of acoustic covers between the edge of the curtain and the adjacent wall. We make acoustic covers in the form of elements in the form of a double L-type cover, made of T25 polyurethane foam covered with PVC-type material.
When the curtain is lowered, its panels are spread inside the shield by a special gravity mechanism, which ensures that the panels of the curtain are pressed against the edge of the shield, thereby effectively eliminating sound transmission between zones.



Design
Our design team provides support to architects, design studios, and investors interested in installing curtains. We offer technical support at every stage of the design of the facility, during the construction and installation of the curtains, and we also provide service for the curtains we have made.
Due to the need for full integration of the curtain system with the designed building, we suggest design cooperation at an early stage of concept development.
Since the best effect of the anchor installation can be achieved when it is made airtight, at the design stage there is a need to make or adjust the elements of the ceiling structure and walls to produce a cavity for the installation of the anchor structure.
Our design team offers full design cooperation, including using BIM technology, from the concept stage. For information and design materials, please send us the project in DWG/PDF format or in the form of a three-dimensional model (e.g. Revit, Inventor) which will allow us to accurately offer the product, as well as its individual design for inclusion in the building design.


Assembly, service
We perform the installation of the curtains. To ensure trouble-free, long-term operation, we offer annual maintenance performed by an authorized service.
