High-quality steel provides additional stability and durability. The bases have different shapes in the letters "T" or "Y", which provide adequate stability to the structure. In addition, the bases are often powder-coated, which increases their resistance to corrosion and wear. Powder coating involves applying dry powder to the metal surface using an electrostatic spray gun, and then the powder adheres to the metal surface by means of electrostatic charges. Finally, the structure is cured at high temperature. This process creates a durable, protective coating that is resistant to scratches, chemicals and weathering. In turn, the stance and training models are equipped with casters, which make it easier to move the stands.
- Equally important is the fact that weather resistance has been taken care of in the models.
