Quality policy

SPORT PLUS's Quality Policy consists of a number of elements, related both to the operation of the company itself in the market, its mission and the way in which it fulfills its obligations.
Achieving the company's chosen goals requires conscious responsibility for the products offered and services provided.
SPORT PLUS's Quality Policy is formed by the following elements:
1. the knowledge necessary to achieve the intended objectives.
Understood both as the company's unique "know-how" (forms of business management, information flow, diversification of sales channels, etc.) and the employment of appropriately qualified personnel who understand their tasks, strive to perform them in the best possible way and consciously wish to expand their competencies.
2. adequate quality of supplied goods and components.
Almost all the products we offer are certified, guaranteeing their long-term and safe use. Specific quality requirements also apply to suppliers of our components and materials.
3. modern infrastructure facilities.
Production and assembly of sports equipment is carried out using modern equipment and proven methods. This allows us to maintain repeatability of the process, respond to changing market requirements and maintain continuity of supply.
4 Timeliness in the implementation of deliveries and services.
Complex projects often require coordination of deliveries, work performed and cooperation with various types of public institutions. Several years of market presence has allowed us to learn these processes from the ground up.
