How to choose the size ?
- 4 oz for the youngest 5-7 years old
- 6 oz for children 7-9 years old
- 8 oz for children 10-13 years old and for women up to 60 kg of body weight.
- 10 oz and 12 oz - these are gloves for normal-sized men's hands.
- 10 oz are more for competitions or tournaments while 12 oz are typical training gloves.
- 14 oz and 16 oz for a larger hand or from about 80 kg of body weight.
- 18 oz and 20 oz for the advanced "heavyweight".
