Developed by volleyball referees in accordance with official FIVB volleyball regulations. Their primary function is to signal breaks for rest or player changes by coaches and the secretary referee. The purpose is to ensurethe smooth running of the game through clear communication between coaches and referees, as well as to enhance the scenery of the sports show.
