When walking with poles, the muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs, as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen work. Involving such a large group of muscles has a positive effect on improving our overall physical fitness.

The telescopic design of the poles allows quick and easy adjustment of their length depending on the user's height. NW-TK19 are equipped with an internal anti-shock cushioning system, which absorbs vibrations during hiking and provides joint protection even during intense walking. The poles are designed for flat terrains with paved surfaces (such as asphalt) as well as mountainous terrains thanks to interchangeable tips.
