Sensory hemispheres with tabs, yellow color

The sensory hemisphere is used to perform coordination and balance exercises on unstable ground, such as maintaining balance while standing one-legged on a sensory cushion, transferring body weight from leg to leg. It improves motor coordination in people after musculoskeletal injuries, in children and in the elderly it increases the sense of stability and reduces the risk of falls. The hemisphere can also be used while sitting, e.g. for foot massage, thanks to the sensory hedgehog-type tabs, sensory receptors on the soles of the feet are irritated, thus improving their blood circulation and in feedback the effect of relaxation of foot muscles and stimulation of deep sensation, sense of touch.
