Information about the availability of a particular item is placed next to the product. In order to make it easier for our customers to order goods, we have specified the following statuses of realization :
Products with the annotation "Shipment within 24 hours".
Products are in the main warehouse. If the order has been received and confirmed with payment by 11 am - the goods will be shipped the same day.
Products with the annotation "Shipping within 2-5 days".
The product is out of the main warehouse, the time to bring to the warehouse and dispatch is from 2 to 5 working days.
Products with the annotation "Awaiting delivery".
The next delivery of goods is expected. For delivery time, please contact our salesman.
Products with the annotation "On order".
The product is available only on order. For delivery time, please contact our merchant.
Products with the annotation "SALE - check availability!".
The last pieces of a given item are available. Contact our merchant to confirm availability.
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the shipment and are:
- 19,99 zł for shipments up to 2 kg - transport by DPD courier, additional cost of collection is 7 zł
- 23,99 zł for shipments from 2 kg to 5 kg - transport by courier DPD, additional cost of collection is 7 zł
- 24,99 zł for shipments from 5 kg to 15 kg - transportation via courier DPD, additional cost of collection is 7 zł
- 29,50 zł for shipments from 15 kg to 30 kg - transport via courier DPD, additional cost of collection is 7 zł
- 19,99 zł for shipments up to 5 kg, 23,99 zł for shipments from 5 kg to 20 kg - InPost courier transport
- InPost parcel machines:
- size A - 13,99 zł
- size B - 14,99 zł
- size C - 16,99 zł
large-size transport is 400 zł
company transport (provided by Sportplus.pl company) - 500 zł
GUARANTEE
All goods offered in the store SPORT PLUS are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's, importer's or seller's warranty. The usual warranty period is 24 months, and any possible deviations (extensions of the warranty period) from this rule are indicated in the product description. Complaining about the goods during the warranty period, comes down to notifying the store staff of the defect, then sending the product along with a complaint form to the company's address. Please also attach a copy of the proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt) to the shipment.
The warranty does not apply to any mechanical damage or damage caused by careless or improper, incompatible use.
RETURNS
A consumer who has entered into a remote contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34(2) and Article 35 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting an appropriate statement in writing - a form.
