Telescopic stands for sports halls

Trybuna teleskopowa TT-BETA
We are a supplier of telescopic stands based on a modern folding system.
Our grandstands are characterized by modern design and high manufacturing aesthetics. The design methods we use allow us to customize all the material, geometric and dimensional parameters of the grandstand, such as level difference, row spacing, module length, seat spacing, so we have the ability to match the grandstand to the stylistic expectations and individual architectural conditions of the performance venue.

TT-BETA TELESCOPIC GRANDSTAND SYSTEM

System description

The system is designed for sports halls as free-standing, mobile stands. A characteristic feature of this grandstand system is that the seats (benches or plastic buckets) are installed permanently to the grandstand structure. Platforms occur from the second row, in the first row spectators use the sports floor. Platforms have a difference in level from 320 to 400 mm, each platform in the stairway is equipped with an intermediate step with a height that varies half the difference (160-175 mm), the entrance to the first platform is through the intermediate step.

Seats, armchairs

Various systems of seats and armchairs can be used in the telescopic tribunes of the TT-BETA system:
  1. TT-BETA-L type. Bench-type seats, made of plywood bench with a width of 30 cm, with the possibility of additional upholstery pads, as well as folding slatted or plywood backrests.

  2. Type TT-BETA-PN. Seats with low backrest H= 11 cm in folding rows, in the last two non-folding rows higher seats with backrest H= 25 cm can be used
  3. Type TT-BETA-PW. Plastic seats with backrest H= 25 or 32 cm, for structural reasons possible for use in stands with a level difference of 350-400 mm, without front panels.

  4. Type TT-BETA-PS. Seats with folding backrests, seats and backrests made of blown polypropylene (using Blow-Moulding technology). Backrest assemblies are folded before the stand is slid down and uprighted after it is pulled apart.
  5. Type TT-BETA-ST. Seats with folding backrests, seats and backrests made of specially profiled plywood. Backrest assemblies are folded before the tribune is retracted and uprighted when extended. Possibility of installing additional upholstery pads on the seat and backrest.

Grandstand support structure and running roller system

Konstrukcja trybuny teleskopowej mobilnej

The telescopic grandstand structure is based on a system of sliding frames. Riding frames are made of powder-coated steel profiles, support poles made of 80x40 mm profile (up to 5 rows), 100x40 (6-11 rows) or 120x40 (12-18 rows). Thanks to the polyamide roller system, the tribune folds lightly, so it can be unfolded even by one person.

The running frames are equipped with casters and travel rollers:
- traction on the floor: polyamide with additional polyurethane tread, with a diameter of 100 mm and a width of 40 mm, each equipped with two ball bearings, in the number of 3 wheels per running frame.
- Guiding upper support: polyamide with a diameter of 55 mm and a width of 33 mm, each equipped with two ball bearings.
- lower leading, distancing and fixing the regime of the position of the frames in relation to each other: polyamide with a diameter of 25 mm and a width of 10 mm, equipped with ball bearings.
The appropriate number of casters causes that the punctual load on the floor is small (is formed within the limits of 1 kN per caster). The running structure uses only polyamide bearing rollers (ball bearings). Guiding of successive frames is carried out exclusively by means of plastic guide rollers, so that between successive frames all points of steel-steel contact have been completely eliminated, which makes the folding system work lightly, smoothly, quietly and characterized by faultlessness.
The support structure of the stand is based on support beams made of double 100x40 profile (total 200x40 mm), which is also the load-bearing element of the stand. The main load-bearing beams also act as sub-stands, closing the platform space, which prevents objects from falling from the platform under the stand.

Platforms and steps

Directly mounted to the front beams and support beams are platform boards made of 18 mm thick non-slip plywood in brown, black or gray. It is possible to cover the platforms with carpet, which is fixed and finished with aluminum slats, or other individual finishes.
Landings in stairways, and intermediate steps, are additionally finished with a 40 x 20 mm grooved aluminum stair profile, powder-coated in the color of the structure. It is possible to install stair profiles with LED lighting, many designs and colors of profiles are available.

Front panels

Aesthetic masking panels can be installed on the front of the stand, made of 18 mm thick board in RAL 7035 gray or other color upon request. Other finishing materials, such as 8 mm thick HPL board, or MDF board, such as perforated board, are also used upon request.

Safety barriers

The stands are equipped with rear, side and front barriers, depending on the configuration of the stand.
Side barriers are installed as standard from the second platform (in the first one there is no need).
Rear barriers are installed when the stand is free-standing, or when there are unprotected spaces at the back of the stand (e.g. when the stand is adjacent to the poles of the facility).
In the case of permanently installed grandstands, alternatively, instead of rear barriers, infilling of the platform can be done until it is fully and completely enclosed to the wall itself.

Side barriers can be made in several variants:
TYPE BT1: vertical barrier permanently installed - for stands up to 5 rows.

TYPE
BT2: vertical barrier removable - for stands above 5 rows.

TYPE
BT3: vertical barrier articulated: barriers during use of the stand are verticalized, for folding of the stand they are unlocked and articulated.
TYPE BT4: fixed diagonal railing - for stands with the number of rows above 5. The railing is made in a fixed inclination of about 10 degrees. The collision-free positioning of successive barriers during folding eliminates the need to remove them.

The barrier frame is made of 35x35 mm square profile, the corners of the frame are bent to a radius of R99 mm, the vertical filling is made of angle bars 20x20x2 mm, with axial spacing max. 120 mm.

Stand folding

Locking the position of the stand after sliding or extending is carried out by means of feet with a pressure knob (except for stands folded electrically where the positions are fixed permanently by a stopped motor with a drive unit)

Electric drive

Tribunes (up to 5 rows) are folded manually as standard.
Silnik trybuny teleskopowej
Optionally (from 6 rows standard) we equip them with electric drive modules. The drive consists of a three-phase motor 230/400V, 0,25kW, 860rpm, IP54, worm reducer i=100. Cast iron transmission wheels diameter 200mm with polyurethane tread 80mm wide, and 70-75 Shore hardness, 2 pieces per one motor module.
It is suggested to make a dedicated installation to power the stands. In the absence of a dedicated installation, power supply and control of the stands can be carried out using the included power and control set.
