HMS EM09 expander

The expander allows you to perform upper body exercises. It allows you to develop the muscles of the shoulders, back, chest, but also proper training affects the pelvis and abdomen. The expander is a simple device. It consists of handles and the cables that connect them. The cables are rubber or spring-loaded.

The EM08 model has a flexible resistance system and foam handles. This compact device consists of 4 rubber stretches and 2 handles, which are grasped during training to stretch the device. Its big advantage is its small size, making it ideal for home use without taking up much space.
