Anti-brust gymnastic ball

Made of durable and flexible PVC. The anti-burst system used in the production process is responsible for the ball's resistance to breakage, so you are guaranteed that if it were damaged the air will escape very slowly which protects the exerciser from falling to the ground.
Exercising on a large ball allows you to improve overall physical fitness, strengthen deep muscles, improve balance and help in rehabilitation.
The proper size of the ball corresponds directly to the correct way of exercising.

The diameter of the ball vs. the height of the exercising person:

• 55cm ball - height about 150cm,
• 65cm ball - height 151-165cm,
• 75cm ball - height 166-175cm,
• 85cm ball - height of 176-185cm,
• 95cm ball - height above 186cm
