The set is designed for the main field in sports halls with a width of more than 12 m and for training fields in halls with a length of more than 24 m. The posts can also be used on outdoor playing fields.

Material characteristics

Posts made of steel profile of 80x80 mm section and cold-formed semi-closed steel channel of 30x30x10x2 mm. Stand frame made of thin-walled steel profile of 40x40 mm section. The entire structure protected against corrosion by galvanizing (external objects) or powder coating (internal objects). Infinitely adjustable height of the net in the range of 106-243 cm. Compliance with the standard and FIVB regulations for international games.

General information

The set consists of a pair of steel posts set on a frame base with suitcase weights (6x30 = 180 kg per 1 post), ensuring adequate stability of the set. A set of casters makes it possible to transport the posts. Special holders on the bars guarantee a safe way of mounting the weights.

Post tension mechanism

Sliding tension mechanism, equipped with polyamide rollers and washers to prevent friction between the steel parts of the posts. Locking of the position is done by plastic knobs. Tensioning of the cable through a tension screw which is shielded by a profile. Attached tension crank included. Transmission of torque is carried out by a cross joint, which is integrated with the tension screw and placed in the mechanism. The double-sided post is characterized by having both a tension mechanism and a set of slats with hooks.

Mesh

An 8-point net edge attachment system. Regardless of the top rope attachment, the posts have three pieces of holders for attaching the net drawstrings, per side.
