We are a supplier of telescopic stands based on a modern folding system.
Our stands are characterized by modern design and high aesthetics. The design methods used by us allow us to customize all material, geometric and dimensional parameters of the stand, such as the level difference, row spacing, module length, seat spacing, which allows us to adjust the stand to the stylistic expectations and individual architectural conditions of the venue.
TT-ALFA SYSTEM
System description
The system is intended for auditoriums, cinemas, theaters, as well as for sports halls, to be used in recesses under balconies. A characteristic feature of this system of stands is that after folding, we get a uniform surface made of front panels along the entire height of the stand. The platforms are available from the first row and have successive differences in levels, min. 300 mm, each landing in the stairway is equipped with an intermediate step with a height of a different half of the difference (150 mm).
The advantage and advantage of the structure of our system is that the first landing in the stand, which is accessed, is only 168 mm high, so there is no need to add intermediate steps in front of the stand each time (the maximum allowable step height is 175 mm for this type of facility).
Seat installation system
Swivel joints allow for quick verticalization and placing of the seat modules. The seats are put down by quickly pulling back the safety lock against accidental folding and unblocking the rotation by pressing the bar located under the seats by foot, which allows the seat unit to be placed flat.
In turn, the upright positioning of the seat modules is carried out quickly by lifting them, the position lock locks automatically, you only need to press the additional position locks with your foot to prevent accidental folding during use.
Armchairs
SPORTPLUS FLIP ® seats are a dedicated type of seat for telescopic stands of the TT-ALFA system.
The armchairs are intended for installation in high-class sports and entertainment facilities, as well as in cultural facilities (cinemas, theaters). The gravity folding mechanism with a movable backrest ensures comfortable and ergonomic use with a significant saving of space in the audience.
The supporting structure of the seats is made of steel end and intermediate pylons, shared by the next seats. Profiled backrest made of plywood bent to a radius of R850 mm, thickness 10 mm, fully upholstered. The skeleton for fixing the backrest is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal, bent with a radius of R850 mm. The backrest plate protects the backrest material from dirt.
Seat filled with polyurethane foam, fully upholstered, with embroidered seat number on the frontal plane (optional).
Armrest integrated with the whole, common for adjacent places. The armrests are lowered and raised, spring assisted, automatically when any of the adjacent seats is occupied. Steel armrest structure, wooden finish, varnished / stained plywood 255×50 mm, thickness 10 mm, bent from the front to a radius of R50 mm.
All mechanical connections are made with the use of polyamide plain bearings (no steel-steel contact).
Overall dimensions of the armchairs:
Axial spacing of the seats: 525 mm,
Seat depth: 500 mm, height of the backrest above the seat – 500 mm.
Seat height raised / occupied: 910 mm, lowered / unoccupied: 790 mm.
Total depth of the seat raised / occupied: 600 mm, lowered / unoccupied: 160 mm.
The supporting structure of the stands and the system of rollers
The structure of the telescopic tribune is based on a system of sliding frames. The running frames are made of powder coated steel profiles, the load-bearing poles are made of 80×40 mm (up to 5 rows), 100×40 (6-11 rows) or 120×40 (12-18 rows). Due to the use of a polyamide roller system, the tribune folds slightly and can therefore be unfolded even by one person.
The running frames are equipped with wheels and running rollers:
– traction on the floor: polyamide with an additional polyurethane tread, 100 mm in diameter and 40 mm wide, each equipped with two ball bearings, in the amount of 4 wheels for one frame.
– upper supporting guides: polyamide with a diameter of 55 mm and a width of 33 mm, each equipped with two ball bearings.
– lower guiding, spacing and setting the frame positioning regime in relation to each other: polyamide with a diameter of 25 mm and a width of 10 mm, equipped with ball bearings.
The increased number of wheels causes the point load on the floor to be small (less than 1 kN per wheel). Only polyamide ball bearing rollers (ball bearings) are used in the chassis. The following frames are guided only by means of plastic guide rollers, thanks to which all steel-steel contact points have been completely eliminated between the following frames, which makes the folding system easy, smooth, quiet and reliable.
The supporting structure of the tribune is based on supporting beams made of a double 100×40 profile (200×40 mm in total), which is also the load-bearing element of the tribune. The main load-bearing beams also act as risers, closing the platform space, which prevents objects from falling under the stand from the platform.
Platforms and steps
Platform plates made of 18 mm thick anti-slip plywood in brown, black or gray are mounted directly to the front beams and supporting beams. It is possible to cover the platforms with a carpet, which is fixed and finished with aluminum strips, or other individual finishing methods.
The landings in the stairways and intermediate steps are additionally finished with a 40 x 20 mm grooved aluminum stair profile, powder coated in the color of the structure. As standard, in the case of auditoriums, we offer a very aesthetic and modern LEDSTEP stair profile with a double anti-slip cord and bottom illumination in LED technology, in black or satin.
Front panels
At the front of the stand, aesthetic masking panels are installed, made of 18 mm thick board in gray RAL 7035 or other on request. On request, other finishing materials are also used, e.g. HPL board th. 8 mm, or MDF board, e.g. perforated.
Safety barriers
The stands are equipped with rear, side and front barriers, depending on the stand configuration.
Side barriers are normally installed from the second landing (no need for the first one).
Rear barriers are installed when the stand is free-standing, or when there are unsecured spaces at the back of the stand (e.g. when the stand is adjacent to the poles of the facility).
In the case of permanently installed stands, as an alternative to the rear barriers, the platform can be filled until it is completely and completely closed to the wall.
Side rails can be made in several variants:
TYPE BT1: fixed vertical barrier – in the case of stands up to 5 rows.
TYPE BT2: removable vertical barrier – in the case of stands with more than 5 rows.
TYPE BT3: articulated vertical barrier: the rails are vertical when the tribune is in use, they are unlocked and articulated when folding the tribune.
TYPE BT4: fixed oblique barrier – in the case of stands with more than 5 rows. The barrier is made at a constant inclination of approx. 10 degrees. The collision-free position of subsequent barriers during folding eliminates the need to disassemble them.
The railing frame is made of a 35×35 mm square profile, the corners of the frame are bent to a radius of R99 mm, the filling is made of 20x20x2 mm angles, with an axial spacing of max. 120 mm.
Drive, folding
Blocking the position of the stand after it has been slid or pulled apart is done with feet with a knob (except for electrically folded stands where the positions are fixed permanently by a stopped engine with a drive unit)
The stands (up to 5 rows) are manually folded as standard.
Optionally (from 6 rows as standard) we equip them with electric drive modules. The drive is a three-phase motor 230 / 400V, 0.25kW, 860 rpm, IP54, worm reducer i = 100. Cast iron transmission wheels, diam. 200 mm with a 80 mm wide polyurethane raceway, and a hardness of 70-75 Shore, 2 pieces per one motor module. Depending on the configuration, one drive module serves approx. 6 running meters of the stand. The individual drive modules work synchronously.
It is suggested to install a dedicated power supply system for the stands. In the absence of a dedicated installation, the stands can be powered and controlled by means of the attached power supply and control kit.
We invite you to watch the film presenting the sliding and sliding of the stand.
